The continuation of this action story tells about the eradication of a syndicate that is based and manages crime from a luxury cruise ship, which functions as a gambling place, brothel, drug center, and counterfeit money printing. It is Indra Sanjata (Advent Bangun) and Ben Murphy (Warren Fleming) who work together to uncover the syndicate’s activities, which have taken Ben’s sister, Margie (Marintan Panjaitan) hostage.
